While you're working on your manuscript accidents can happen. You may spill a drink on your notebook, a page you ripped out may get lost, a household member may be unaware that the notebook laying on the sofa contains your masterpiece, your CD may break, etc. You stand a better chance of completing your manuscript if you record it using some or all of the following mediums:
- A notebook
- Binder & loose-leaf paper
- Word processing software
- Typewriter (Yes, they still exist.)
- E-mail attachment
- A copy saved on a USB flash drive
- CD
- Audible copy
